Well, for Ruth, it sure helps! She says the key to staying healthy is to be active, whether it’s a walk around the block, stretching, or doing Pilates. And she sure does some Pilates! She works on the equipment weekly and does her mat exercises DAILY. Well no wonder she’s such a wonder, right?
She’s been practicing Pilates for 8 years, which only goes to show – it’s never the wrong time to start, and it’s never too late!

5.Take care of your skin. Make sure and moisturize, inspired by Elizabeth Arden, “If you want to look like this when you are 40 start when you are 20.”
