Mat I Pilates

Cost: $20/single or $180/10 session pass
You will be guided through a 60-minute beginner Pilates mat class designed to teach the basic Pilates vocabulary and positions, improve your posture and core control. Sequences of floor exercises performed while sitting, standing, lying or on all fours help you develop control of your abdominal, pelvic and spinal musculature through muscle contractions and breathing. Pilates mat class exercises emphasize precise alignment and efficient sequencing of movement.  Instructor may integrate roller and magic circle equipment to improve your coordination, alignment and balance. Maximum 10 students.

Mat II Pilates

Cost: $20/single or $180/10 session pass
You will be guided through a 60-minute advanced beginner Pilates mat class designed to further study and refine skills in basic Pilates exercises.  Pilates mat class will help improve breathing technique, posture and core control, as well as help develop long, lean muscles.  The exercises in the Pilates mat class emphasize correct alignment, efficient movement, and the incorporation of roller and magic circle equipment to improve coordination and balance.  Maximum 10 students.

Mat III Pilates

Cost: $20/single or $180/10 session pass
You will be guided through a 60-minute intermediate Pilates mat class performed at a faster pace with more complicated skills and movements than beginner classes.  Once you have mastered the basic terminology and movements, you are prepared for this Pilates mat class, which will challenge your previous Pilates practice.  This class will improve your core strength, alignment, coordination and balance.  Maximum 10 student.

Mat IV Pilates

Cost: $20/single or $180/10 session pass
You will be guided through a 60-minute advanced intermediate Pilates mat class designed for experienced students who are capable of and comfortable in executing the positions as well as possess extensive knowledge of the Pilates practice. This Pilates mat class facilitates the creation of a stronger core, greater shoulder stability, and also employs oppositional energy and advanced spinal articulation.  Maximum 10 students.

Mat V Pilates

Cost: $20/single or $180/10 session pass

You will be guided through a 60-minute advanced Pilates mat class designed for expert students. Its quick tempo, rigorous positions, and incorporation of full mat exercise sequence make this Pilates mat class the most advanced mat class offered.  A teacher recommendation is required to attend.  Maximum 10 students.

Pilates 101

Cost: $90 for 5-week course
You will be guided through a 5-week course designed to introduce you to the basic principles and choreography of a Pilates mat class. Upon completion of this introductory Pilates mat class you will have a basic understanding of Pilates vocabulary, breathing techniques, and positions that will enable you to progress to a Level I mat class.  Maximum 10 students.

Beginner Reformer

Cost: $40/single or $350/10 session pass
The beginner Reformer Pilates class is designed to introduce you to the reformer, which is a complex resistance device that allows you to fully stretch and strengthen your body at increasing levels of difficulty.  These classes will prepare to confidently enter a level I or II Reformer class.  Maximum of 5 students.

Reformer I/II

Cost: $40/single or $350/10 session pass
You will be guided by a master teacher through a 60-minute advanced beginner Reformer Pilates class designed to build upon the basic principles learned in Beginner Reformer class. This faster-paced Reformer Pilates class is tailored to your ability and incorporates the Pilates reformer, a complex resistance device that enables you to reach your full range of motion at increasing levels of intensity. Your instructor will lead you through a succession of controlled exercises using the reformer. As you strengthen and stretch your entire body in tandem, you will achieve a higher level of balance, greater strength, better ease of motion, and increased bone density. Maximum 5 students.

Reformer III

Cost: $40/single or $350/10 session pass
You will be guided through a 60-minute intermediate Reformer Pilates class designed to challenge the skills and knowledge you acquired in beginner Reformer Pilates classes. With the use of the reformer, a complex resistance device that allows you to reach your full range of motion at increasing levels of intensity, you will benefit from greater balance, strength, flexibility, and bone density.  This faster-paced Reformer Pilates class integrates a complicated skill set and more dynamic movements than beginner courses.  Maximum 5 students.

Reformer IV

Cost: $40/single or $350/10 session pass
You will be guided by a master teacher through a 60-minute advanced intermediate Reformer Pilates class designed for students who have sound experience, ability, and knowledge of Pilates. With the integration of the Pilates reformer, a resistance apparatus that allows maximum range of motion at increasing intensity levels, you will strengthen muscles that support alignment and core stability, as well as increase your overall strength, flexibility, balance, and bone density.  Maximum 5 students.

Reformer V

Cost: $40/single or $350/10 session pass
You will be guided by a master teacher through a 60-minute advanced Reformer Pilates class designed at a flowing, fast-pace for expert students. After performing a series of controlled exercises using the reformer, a complex resistance device that enables you to reach your full range of motion at increasing levels of intensity, you will experience greater strength, flexibility, balance, and bone density.  A teacher recommendation is required to attend this class.  Maximum 5 students.

Chair

Cost: $40/single or $350/10 session pass
You will be guided through a 60-minute Chair Pilates class designed to strengthen and stretch muscles that cannot be easily reached by more traditional exercise equipment.  The Pilates Chair is a unique piece of space-efficient Pilates equipment that functions primarily on spring tension. The resistance created by the springs can be set at different levels of difficulty.  It allows for a variety of positions while balancing out muscles and creating a full-body workout.  Maximum of 5 students.

Springs

Cost: $40/single or $350/10 session pass
You will be guided through a 60-minute Springs Pilates class that employs the Pilates tower, a piece of spring-based resistance equipment.  This Springs Pilates class will enable you to try the assortment of exercise options the tower provides as well as strengthen your core and your body throughout.  Maximum 5 students.

Spine Corrector

Cost: $40/single or $350/10 session pass
You will be guided through a 60-minute Pilates Spine Corrector class designed to open your chest and strengthen your back by using the Spine Corrector.  The Spine Corrector is a barrel-shaped piece of Pilates equipment that safely stretches the spine and shoulders in a stabilized manner.  It adds variety and challenge to typical Pilates mat classes.  Maximum 10 students.

Combo II

Cost: $40/single or $350/10 session pass
This advanced beginner Combo Pilates class blends the different types of Pilates equipment into a creative, diverse and challenging workout. Basic knowledge of the Pilates Reformer, springs, or chair are necessary because one or all of these pieces may be included in the workout.  Maximum 5 students.

Combo II/III

Cost: $40/single or $350/10 session pass
This Combo Pilates class blends the different types of Pilates equipment into a creative, diverse and challenging workout.  Advanced beginners can continue to practice the basic principles and positions using the different types of equipment, while intermediate students can challenge themselves with more complex movements and a quicker pace.  Knowledge of the Pilates reformer, springs, or chair are necessary for this course because one or all of these pieces may be included in the workout.  Maximum 5 students.

Intro to Equipment

Cost: $210 for 6-week course
This is a 6-week course designed to familiarize you with the basics of the  Pilate’s tower or “spring” system, as well as the Pilate’s chair. The resistance created by the spring system will allow you to deepen your workout and strengthen your muscles while the Pilate’s chair compliments and deepens your mat Pilates regimen.  Maximum 5 students.
