Stretch Class – Thursdays @ 6pm
This invigorating, yet relaxing Stretch Class is designed to enhance and improve your Pilates practice with focused stretching. Props may be used from time to time to assist your stretches.
Taking time to stretch your muscles provides you with a variety of benefits. Lengthened muscles means a more toned body. Toned and lengthened muscles are more elastic, which in turn increases range of motion and helps prevent injuries. With increased range of motion comes better performance in daily and sports activities. Stretch it out and feel the benefits!!!
Cost: $20/single class or $180/package of 10 classes
